Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@freemax-fitness.com prior to sending the item back

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment.
